Course Description

The Cisco IT Support Essentials course provides an excellent introduction to the world of professional IT support. Students learn, through theoretical explanations and real‑world examples, how computers work and deepen their understanding of their main components. Participants explore numerous topics, including procedures for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, the management of peripherals, the Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, and mobile devices.

The IT Support Essentials course allows participants to:

Duration and Structure

The course includes: Live Instructor Led (40 hours in presence or remote) + e-learning (about 40 hours to acess course material, take intermediate test and other exercises) . 

By the end of the course, students will be able to complete the following objectives:

Certification details

At the end of the course, participants receive the Certificate of Course Completion – IT Support Essentials Software – issued by the Cisco Networking Academy, valid and recognized worldwide.
The course also prepares learners for the Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) IT Support certification exams.

Course Conditions and Fees

All the tests and the materials (curriculum on line) used in the course are in English.
The lessons for this course may be taught only in Italian

FEES: 1.000 € + VAT

Our prices are in Euros and don’t include VAT/tax.

Our fees include in presence lessons (live presentations, exercises and troubleshooting in our real equipments lab) and Certificate of course completion. Transport, accommodation, meals and other supplementary expenses are not included in the training fees.
